With immense pride and deep emotion, I am delighted to share that Prof. Dr N. D. Patil Law College, Urun, Ishwarpur, has successfully completed one year of its journey with full student intake capacity. This milestone marks not just the passage of time, but also the realisation of a vision rooted in dedication, values, and a commitment to excellence in legal education.
This institution honours the life and legacy of my late husband, Prof.Dr. N. D. Patil, a champion of progressive movements and former Cooperation Minister of Maharashtra.
Prof.Dr. N.D. Patil was a man of unwavering principles, whose lifelong commitment to justice, education, and ethical leadership touched the lives of thousands. He believed in building a society rooted in equality, awareness, and accountability. His efforts extended beyond political spheres, as he championed the cause of the common man, raised his voice for the voiceless, and stood firm in his convictions toward them.
Completing one year of this law college is not merely a milestone—it is a reaffirmation of our promise to carry forward his values, vision, and tireless efforts toward creating a more just and equitable society. Over this year, the college has made steady progress in nurturing future generations of lawyers, thinkers, and responsible citizens who act with integrity, empathy, and courage.
This law college is steadily evolving as a beacon of legal excellence. It is a place where critical thinking thrives, where the principles of justice and fairness are deeply embedded in learning, and where students are being shaped not only into competent professionals but also into leaders who understand their duty toward society and the Constitution.
